====== Octan Refinery ====== **Designer:** Jennifer Heaton **Designed:** July 2010 Built to compete in the [[http://www.reasonablyclever.com/2nd-annual-micropolis-building-challenge/|second Micropolis building contest hosted at ReasonablyClever.com]], the refinery was built to supply some much needed industrial modules and also to play around a bit with the fairly newly implemented water specification.
