 This was the third module I designed, and it's never been one of my best. However it was supposed to represent a fairly low rent apartment building and a duplex next door and I think it succeeds on that reasonably well. At some point when building out the initial bluff modules I needed an extra Outer Corner module and so added a fairly basic bluff stack with the only redeeming feature being a car plummeting off it. We have since removed the slightly problematic bluff stack and it has returned to it's original ignominy.
